East and West Get well on with each other

Now, China are open, both Chinese and west people need to know how to get on well with each other, here is a little feeling from my experience:

You are doing business with them, not making friends at beginning, so don't be over voluntarily try to near to them and over passion and.
They are evaluating you by what you say and behave, not by what you describe yourself
Friendly, civilize and good manner
Respect them and don't force them accept what you think is good
Keep our own custom and be open minded to other opinions and have your own opinions
Responsible to the whole fair society
