Normally as a Chinese, you cann't hear the difference by yourself, but English people can hear whether you do it or not, so it sound totally different.
If you let them check your pronunciation, they will keep on say, no. no no, jsut by hearing, untill you finally put your tongue between teeth.

Frog in a well
A frog lives at the bottom of a well, one day a bird came and had a rest at the edge of the well mouth.
The frog asked Bird: where are you come from?
The bird said: I came from far way. I have been flied in the shy for 100 miles, I feel thirsty then come down for some water.
The frog said: Friend, don't boast, Sky is just as big as the mouth of this well. No need fly so far way.
The bird answered: You are wrong, there is no edge for the sky, it is very big!
The frog smiled: My friend, I sit here every day, when I turn up, I can see the sky, I am not wrong!
The bird smiled too, said: friend, you are really wrong, if you don't believe me, jump out and have a look.
This story used to describe someone who is limited experience and narrow mind.

Group email
I noticed a mistake in our season report.
Maybe it is better for me jsut let the colleague who writed it know it.
But I send a group email, director and responsible colleague and Sister W, I think Director should know that.
My initial intension is just send it to director, when I send it , i change mind , i also send to the other colleague. We are a group.

3 months contract
Now a lot of companies like 3 months, 6 months contract. as it is easy for finance operation.
Especially, if they already get a lot of permanant employees, they like to hair someone just for some work, when the work finish, then the employment finish.
Nothing about doult of you capability. If they doult that, they will let you leave when the first 3 months finish.
You should let them know you idea, you feel a little bit nervous and want to know any possible of longer contract.

Childish forever in heart!
It is children's day. That day already isn't belonging to us now, not children now. Don't know what children are doing here today, spent the whole day in office. I am sure the children in China must have a very cheerful day, good snack and good performance.
I was too shy at that time, even with a good voice but normally performance is terrible, a little awkward to recall that happy and terrible experience.
Anyway it definitely a day we are yearn for. Time fly, childish forever in heart!
