New Position

16 Aug, I got the good news from the boss that my new offer had been confirmed by HR in america.
31 Aug, i signed the new contract and returned it to HR

As a contractor, i think i never work like a contract,
i took more responsibility and walk fast in office, try to be active.
also spend more time on work,, come early, leave a little bit late.
I think all of that is very helpful to touch them to made this final decision.

East and West Get well on with each other

Now, China are open, both Chinese and west people need to know how to get on well with each other, here is a little feeling from my experience:

You are doing business with them, not making friends at beginning, so don't be over voluntarily try to near to them and over passion and.
They are evaluating you by what you say and behave, not by what you describe yourself
Friendly, civilize and good manner
Respect them and don't force them accept what you think is good
Keep our own custom and be open minded to other opinions and have your own opinions
Responsible to the whole fair society

Yangtze River

The longest river in China, Yangtze river, divide China into North and South two parts.
North China lie in the north part of Yangtze river, South China lie in the south.
My old University lies in Wuhan city, Yangtze river cross this city and divide it into tree part. I used to walk on the bank of river, as it is quiet and I like river. We have a yellow river as the water is in yellow with a lot of sand in it. We also can call Yangtze river as yellow river, as the river is also yellow now, not like what it used looks like.

It is wide and most time it is quiet. But some time it is very powerful and bad temper. I saw it in 1998, what a big flood happen once every 100 years. Walked near it, I felt the bank was moving and I was too tiny before the huge flowing before me, running to the east. In fact everything is weak and little compare with water in 1998.

Yellow river

The yellow river is really the life of northern China. Its name comes from the yellow silt that it carries and distributes along the coast. It is commonly compared to a dragon because of it’s curvy path and rough temper. It also has the nickname “China’s Sorrow” because it has caused much destruction and flooding in the past and has helped stifle the economies of the yellow river provinces. Some of the devestating flooding have been caused by huge influxes of water after dams of glacial ice burst in inner mongolia. These days, aircraft drop bombs on the ice to prevent a buildup of structure that could pose a risk to the low lying yellow river towns.
The yellow river is about 3300 miles long and starts in the Kunlun Mountains in the Qinghai province. It flows from east to west down the “steps” of china. China’s far western area has the greatest elevation and that drops in a series of steps down to the eastern coasts.

There is no side of me

A famous opera singer got out of the opera house after a normal show.

She need get into the car, it seems very diffcult for her to get in as her hugh body.
