Bird Nest

Bird nest is expensive dish in China, also it is shortage and supposed to be full of nutrients. In old time, normally emperor and rich or important people can afford that, it is not for common people.
A few species of swift, are renowned for building the nests used to produce bird nest. That edible nests are among the most expensive animal products consumed by humans. The nests have been traditionally consumed in China for over four-hundreds years.
It is normally from the White-nest swiftlet and the black-nest swiftlet. It are supposedly rich in nutrients which are traditionally believed to provide health benefits, such as aiding dignesion, raising libido, improving the voice, alleviating asthma, increasing concentration, and an overall benefit to the immune system.
The nests are built during the breeding season by the male swiftlet over a period of 35 days. They take the shape of a shallow cup stuck to the cave wall. A lot of people in South Asian area make living by picking bird nest, it is dangerous job, as it is normally not easy to pick them down. The nests are composed of interwoven strands of salivary laminae cement and high level of calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium, also contain argan oil.

I did say Cheasea will win, as they put a lot monney in the team and lost the primier championship title, they are more determined to win.
The match started at a slow pace but finished in dramatic way after 120 minutes match, Chease win Man U at 1:0.

For the next Wendsday Livepool VS AC milan, I think Livepool will win, they both have good manager, but Livepool really powerful in European Championship.

Sister's Chinese class

My sister is a Chinese language teacher in my home town, enjoy life with my brother in law and their son Liangliang(Bright bright) very cheerful.
She just designed and finished a class for Mother's day, it called " a song to mother". All her students make their preparation for that, some of them read a poem for mum, some of them brought some pictures of his mum and told a story, some used a sentence to express his love to mum.
It was the turn of a bad learning results student, Han Mingming, he stand up and said: I will sing the song "Mother" for mum.
Students were a little shocked at beginning, then they laughed as they know what his voice sounds like.
He begun to sing, in fact it was not sing, it was shout out. Other students begun to laugh quietly. In fact Han could chose a easy way like other students did, but he chose this way. My sister acknowledged that he wanted to laugh too, as a teacher, she couldn't do it.
Finally he finished, and my sister made a summary:
Every one has a good performance today, every one chose your way to express you understanding of mother and love from mother. The best performance is from Han Mingming, as he insisted on what he like and what he thinks is good, what is worth highly respect is he finished it with others' laugh.

Sport is cruel. Always only one winner.

I am happy to see the fighting from West ham in the past two months, and finally they won Man U and save themselves.

Wigan used to be in a good position, just last match, they falled into relegation zone.

Sheffield U are the highest postition in these three teams, but today they lost to Wigan and relegated. A lot of chances were wasted.

Finally some fans cried and some fans happy! you know where they belong to.

People

People should take good care of themselves, their appearance, physical and mental!
Soap is cheap! what a good sentence, then some people are dirty, the only reson is laziness! If they cann't take good care of their appearance, how could you expect them to take good care of their job or of others.

Hehe, when shoud I get back to there again, no plan now.
I have thought I need to see the clear sea water and feel the smell of sea.
I did smell it but didn't see the slear water, it is the juction of Thams river and sea, so it is resonable for the dusty water.
I am sure it is a fun place for children. so many games they enjoy, really exciting for them.

Livepool will win the EU Champion league

Livepool and AC Milan arrived their final in Champion league.
I think it will be a replay of 2005 Champion final, as Livepool isn't favourite type of AV Milan, they have good defence, also physical stronger than Man U, what the most important is they feel confident now and determine to win it. AC Milan know this very well, but I don't think they can find way to fix this within the next twenty days.

Getting old

I am still young, right, but this morning when I began to calculate my age by 2007 minus 1979, I felt a little bit surprise to get near 30, especially when I look back at what I have done, I feel I am old.
That is definitely not right, I shouldn't think it in that way. What I can do in the future and what kind of position I can arrive, I already 28. With all these ideas in mind really make me feel I am old, considering some guys in this age already get house and car…
Maybe a little bit disappoint to myself or maybe my requirement to myself is high.
Life is amazing who know what will happen to me, also nobody can judge me as most of them even cann't control their own lives. Be confident in 200 years life.
