Every country has her totem. China is Dragon, England is Lion, USA is eagle, Russia is polar bear, Germany is wolf and India is elephant.
The point is we use a imaginative animal as our totem. In old time, North China uses Dragon as their totem, dragon isn't a real animal, it is a combination of different really animal on the land and in the water. South China uses Phoenix as their totem, phoenix is also an imaginative bird, it is a combination of different birds.While other nations, as mentioned before, they all use real animal as their totem, except Sweden use Griffin, and welse uses Red dragon. Don't know the reason, but it seems these three nations do like some imaginations. Maybe they pursue perfection, maybe they are not practical. I will try to find out.

Where appreciation from
Intelligence, ideas and good appearance
People use to enjoy beautiful and wonderful thing. So if need to have that to acquire appreciation.
Based on what you say and what you do and the way you behave. Everyone can judge what kind of person you are and your capability. Then treat you with their way, just for a lot of Chinese, the final decision of a position is mainly made by your background, not on the vivid of you. West people are likely to have a an impersonal remark. So there is no need to try to build a near and close relationship with them at beginning, that possible lead to a negative effect.

Waiting for the train in a cluster
Every day I used to stand at the same point waiting for my train, as it exactly stop at the same position every time, that will help me to make sure when I get off the train, I can walk into exit directly. Vote for me is a drama about three Chinese children run for class monitor position. How old are they? About 10 years old, what surprises me is one of boy's tricks: Lies, no mannered, showy not practical. That is really a shame of our society, we make people behave in that way, it is some kind skill that you can use once, but for the long term development, no people are stupid, they will find your personality soon. I don't think that kind of behave can find living room in west world now. It is only small trick not wisdom.

Good bye to a Chinese fellow mate
I met that Chinese young man again in Welwyn Garden City, this is the third time that we met by chance. The first time was in Waitrose, they just walked to me and happy to see a Chinese in UK. The second time was on the train to London. He saw me then run in and sat before me.
10 days later he will leave this country and finish his tesco training in UK and left for Thailand for another 15 months work there. I feel I am not enough nice to them, inherently I am a warmhearted person, so I feel I am not warm enough to my fellow mate. But for the people live in foreign country I might did exactly what I need do, friendly to provide all the information that I know, and smile and caring. Just not as open as usual Chinese way to let them know all my private information: work, address, age, personal life, etc.
Any way I send my best wished to him, I am sure he will have a good time in Thailand.

So she comes to the chair every Wednesday where she had two appointments with a boy when she was 17. As they both engaged, they only had two appointments. The boy also comes to the same chair every Thursday, but they never meet over the past 40 years until one day the old man made a mistake about the date. He came on Wednesday. Work, capability and productive
When I apply a holiday or work at home, I always use a Chinese way to think what the boss will think—I fear he will think I am not a hard working guy and spend a lot of time thinking of relax and lower my impression in boss’ mind.
I think I am wrong, my European boss like someone who knows what he is doing and work hard also play hard, except work has his own wonderful life.
You absolutely should be hard working, but you also should have other thing to do.

From boss--Let us find out.
I still remember how good my boss's speaking is. The first day that I worked for GI, he stand up and walk to me, said: I check you CV, very good, I hope you do great contribution to global insight.
Wow, my English was strong, really very poor. I don't know what should I say for that. I possible said: I will try my best or I will. But I did noticed that his left hand with some gauze, I mentioned that and wished him recover soon
The second time, we met in kitchen in first two month. He asked my work, I said it was interesting and challenging. I think I must expressed that I enjoyed working here and look forward to extend my contract for the truck position. I remember that he said: let us find out( what we can do together about it)
That is a clever answer, no promise, but nice and reasonable, you can't argue for that. It do need find out whether I like it or they like it. It needs to be find out.

British people---violence and strong
Generally I feeled that English people are polite and well educated. In other aspect I am a little bit worry about that, as they are polite and gentle, some time it is a little bit over and it seems to be weak. It is true, that a lot of people in depression and really show that they are not strong.
But I changed this opinion by yesterday’s football match in the local league.
Wow…, there were at least 3 people shouting all through the match: Fuck, fuck it, and other people’s names. they are determined, I saw one guy run for a goal about 50 meters, one guy before him already think it would go out of pitch, but just run badly for it.
They did play a very aggressive and strong match, and a little bit violence.
But I changed this opinion by yesterday’s football match in the local league.
