• Don't make your private thing public
  The more your colleagues know you the more dangerous when you compete with them. You just work together, that is more mature and civilized.
  
• Don't make your department issues public, your department director doesn't like it.
  It is not your job to public it, please don't talk it openly and loudly.
  
• Don't gossip behind someone that is shallow. Keep it inside you
  It is only show your nonsense and tiresome and your dark side of personality. Don't worry someone will not know it when you say something bad or good behind him. So better always say good or impersonal neutral opinions. It need time to share some opinions with others. Keep it inside of yourself will make you a reliable person, people will judge that.
