If some thing wrong in your group work, don't try to clear yourself immediately. Everyone is clear about where the problem is. As a member of group you should openly talk about the mistake and find the best way to amend it and avoid same mistake happens again. If it is your fault, say it is my fault and I will….
Take the responsibility. Try to do a wonderful work together with other members.
