Group email

I noticed a mistake in our season report.
Maybe it is better for me jsut let the colleague who writed it know it.
But I send a group email, director and responsible colleague and Sister W, I think Director should know that.
My initial intension is just send it to director, when I send it , i change mind , i also send to the other colleague. We are a group.
But this make most of people ackward!
