About English Writting

In last centure of UK, there is a trend about English writting:plain writting.
I quite appraciate this suggestion, especially in government and techinical reports.People would like to read some simple and friendly writing rather than some beautiful writting.
For technical report, the most important thing is let reader understand what you will deliver to them easily. some basic suggestion about technical writting:

• writing in plain english;
• Use active verbs rather than passive verbs;
• Keep your average sentence between 10 and 2 0 words.
